Cubed is looking for new helpers to support the community’s members on our Discord server. With continued exponential growth of the Discord server, Cubed’s new guests require guidance from helpers among our community. This opens the opportunity for members to become a helper towards new guests – assisting them with questions and helping with any issues which may arise on Discord.

• Active members of the community who have knowledge of Cubed, Cubed-Textures and the Minecraft server.
• Members who are mature, preferably over 16 years of age.
• Proactive, positive members.
• Members who are experienced at moderating and/or helping others.

• Keeping active on the Discord server (we’re not expecting pure dedication, your personal time is precious).
• Assisting guests and members with any questions.
• Actively monitoring the support channels.
• Responding to applications (applications are typically dealt with by admins. Admins may ask you to respond to an applicant).
• Keeping Cubed a happy, welcoming home to new members.
• This Helper role is only for the Discord server, not the Minecraft server.

We will be taking applications through July, but we will reopen applicants over time when new positions open up. We will try to get back to you with a response within a week of your application.
